The information on this page relates to an offer of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) by Li-FT Power Ltd (ARBN 696 815 595) (Company).

Offer of CDIs

The prospectus accessible in this section of the website (Prospectus) contains details of an offer (Offer) of CDIs over fully paid common shares in the Company (Li-FT Shares). Each CDI represents one underlying Li-FT Share.

The purpose of the Prospectus is to assist the Company to meet the requirements of ASX Limited (ASX) and satisfy Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules, as part of the Company's application for admission to the Official List of the ASX and for quotation of the CDIs on the ASX.

The Offer is open only to investors in Australia who are invited by the Company to subscribe for CDIs and is not open to the general public.

The Prospectus is an important document that should be read in its entirety before deciding whether to participate in the Offer as set out in the Prospectus. You should rely only on the information in the Prospectus and any supplementary or replacement document in making any decision. Lodgement of the Prospectus

This Prospectus is dated 13 April 2026 and was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on that date. The Company has applied to ASX for quotation of its CDIs on ASX.

Neither ASIC or ASX takes any responsibility for the contents of this Prospectus or the merits of the investment to which this Prospectus relates.  Capitalised words used in this notice have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus unless they are defined with a different meaning in this notice.
